Elwood’s Blues Breaker: Sugaray Rayford “All I Think About”
Sugaray Rayford began his singing career in Texas when he was just seven years old, singing and playing drums in church. He grew up bringing that gospel feel to the blues. Moved to California, and was the front man for Aunt Kizzy’s Boys, the premiere blues band out of San Diego. Then on to L.A to become one of the outstanding vocalists for the great blues band, Mannish Boys. He is a big man with a big voice and big heart. Sugaray Rayford’s latest solo project is called SOUTHSIDE. Here is the track, “All I Think About.”
