Elwood’s Blues Breaker: Gary Clark Jr. “Grinder”

Gary Clark Jr. was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He paid his dues and is now known the world over or his distorted guitar sound and suave singing style. He has played with everyone from Alicia Keyes and Sheryl Crow, to the Foo Fighters. But Gary Clark Jr. stands on his own. Just last year he won the Grammy for Best Traditional R&B performance. And his latest release is called THE STORY OF SONNY BOY SLIM
. And this bit of blistering guitar work he calls… “Grinder.”
