THIS WEEKEND: The Reverend Shawn Amos

Hour 1: Reverend Shawn Amos

Elwood welcomes the Reverend Shawn Amos, record producer, A&R man, and now…. blues preacher. Elwood sets the stage with some other good Revs:  Al Green, Gary Davis, and Horton Heat. Then the good Reverend Amos shares his life story (son of cookie man Famous Amos, friend to the most Reverend Solomon Burke) and music from his release, REVEREND SHAWN AMOS… LOVES YOU.  Plus the Blind Boys of Alabama.  Plus the Reverend Amos live in the studio.  Plus, the first studio album in over ten years from the Rolling Stones.  Remember them?  Been awhile.

NEWS: Rev. Shawn Amos also has a new EP out! LIVE AT BEAR’S!
