The always engaging Peter Wolf is back with a new album, A CURE FOR LONELINESS. Elwood welcomes him. Classic tracks from his time with the J. Geils Band will be played, plus the new record, with stories and music about and from James Brown, Van Morrison, John Lee Hooker, and BB King. All that and new music from the forever-young Bobby Rush.

Hour 2: Tommy Castro

Tommy Castro is the funkiest blues rocker ever to emerge from San Jose. Elwood will attest to that. Tommy joins Elwood to chat up his latest, METHOD TO MY MADNESS, and to talk about songwriting and the blues he loves. Also, some other San Francisco Bay Area blues, from the Doobie Brothers, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and the Steve Miller Band. All that plus B.B. King and Elvin Bishop.
