Quinn Sullivan: Blues Breaker

Quinn Sullivan started playing guitar at the age of three. His prodigiousness got him an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show when he six. Then, when Buddy Guy did a show in his home town of New Bedford, Massachusetts, Buddy invited him onstage, and he tore the house down. Buddy Guy became his mentor, and Quinn Sullivan has toured with him extensively. Now, at age 17, it appears to me his apprenticeship or childhood or Padawan phase may be over. Quinn’s new project seems pretty darn grown up to me. The release is called MIDNIGHT HIGHWAY. Here is Quinn Sullivan with a flirty, dirty, blues called “Something For Me.”
