Now we have a bright new blues star for you, rising from the great state of Mississippi.  Jarekus Singleton is a singer and songwriter, with a vision for the blues, and a guitar style that can make a baby cry or peel the paint off a trailer. His very first album is out on Alligator, called REFUSE TO LOSE. The tune is called “Purposely,” and will give you a major clue what this guy is all about.
